Stacked beam valve
Stacked beam valve (also known as stacked beam gate) is a flat water retaining structure composed of multiple independent gate plates horizontally stacked together, mainly used in temporary interception, maintenance and other scenarios. Its core features and working principle are as follows:
1、 Structure and Working Principle
Component composition
Gate plate: Multiple individual plates are horizontally stacked, each with convex and concave grooves embedded with waterproof rubber.
Door groove: welded stainless steel/carbon steel plate, pre embedded in the channel.
Sealing: Relying on the self weight of the gate to squeeze the rubber waterstop, combined with water pressure to enhance the fit.
Operation mode
Manually place or remove the gate block by block, and use a specially designed grabbing mechanism to locate and achieve flat water blocking.
2、 Type and performance improvement
Ordinary type: relying solely on its own weight for sealing, with a large amount of leakage.
Type with pre tensioning device:
Add slide guide gate to prevent misalignment;
The upstream pre tightening device enhances the tightness and significantly reduces water leakage.

4、 Core application scenarios

5、 Key points for installation and maintenance
Installation process:
① Clear the obstacles in the door slot and check the pre embedded dimensions;
② Crane lifting of stacked beams, adjustment of horizontal/vertical reinforcement;
③ Secondary pouring to prevent deformation.
Maintenance requirements:
Regularly remove debris from the gate to prevent opening and closing blockages;
Check the aging condition of the rubber waterstop.
