Overview of 600X Electric Control Valve
The 600X electric control valve is a hydraulic operated automatic control valve with an electromagnetic valve as the guide valve, which can be remotely opened and closed through electrical signals. It is widely used in water supply and drainage systems, high-rise building water supply pipelines, and industrial automation control fields.
Its core functions include:
Remote control: Supports AC220V or DC24V power supply, can replace large electric operating systems for traditional gate valves/butterfly valves.
Smooth opening and closing: The closing speed can be adjusted to avoid water hammer effects and reduce pressure fluctuations.
Multi functional extension: can be derived into forms such as electric float valves, flow control valves, etc.
Technical parameters and structure
Nominal diameter: DN20~DN600 (some models support DN500).
Pressure rating: 1.0~2.5 MPa (shell test pressure is 1.5 times the nominal pressure).
Applicable media: water, sewage (temperature 0~80 ℃).
Material: The valve body is made of cast iron/cast steel/stainless steel, the valve seat is made of bronze, and the seal is made of nitrile rubber.
Control mode: Electromagnetic pilot valve drive, response time ≤ 3 seconds.
working principle
Opening process: When the solenoid valve is powered on, the control room drainage channel opens, and the upstream pressure pushes the diaphragm component up, causing the main valve to open.
Closing process: After the electromagnetic pilot valve is powered off, the control room is connected to the upstream pipeline to form high pressure, which drives the diaphragm to move down and close the main valve.
Speed regulation: Control the opening and closing speed of the main valve through the opening of the needle valve to prevent water hammer.
