KPF balance valve is a special function regulating valve mainly used for hydraulic balance control of heating and air conditioning systems. According to the adjustment method, it can be divided into:
Static balance valve (manual adjustment): The flow rate is adjusted by changing the clearance between the valve core and the valve seat, which requires manual debugging and locking of the opening.
Dynamic balance valve (automatic adjustment): automatically adjusts the opening according to the system pressure difference to maintain a constant flow rate or pressure difference.
2. Core functions and working principles
Flow regulation: By rotating the handwheel to change the valve core opening, the flow area can be adjusted to change the fluid resistance and achieve flow distribution.
Hydraulic balance: solves the problem of "uneven heating and cooling" in heating/air conditioning systems, avoiding the phenomenon of "large flow, small temperature difference".
Flow measurability: Equipped with a pressure measuring small valve, the actual flow rate (Q=Kv × √ Δ P) is calculated by measuring the pressure difference (Δ P) combined with the flow coefficient (Kv value).
