The valve body of the electric PP butterfly valve is made of PP and PPH materials. PVC can withstand the corrosion of most acids, alkalis, and salts from low to high concentrations, but is not resistant to the corrosion of aromatic hydrocarbons, ketones, ethers, and chlorinated hydrocarbons. PP and PPH have excellent chemical resistance and good resistance to general acids and organic solvents. The sealing rubber materials commonly used for plastic butterfly valves include EPDM and FPM. Suitable for different environments based on their respective characteristics: EPDM is resistant to various acids and alkalis, has good chemical resistance and water resistance, but is not resistant to mineral oil and superheated steam (200 ℃), and can be used at temperatures ranging from -40 to 120 ℃. FPM has excellent oil resistance, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and chemical resistance.
