Product Definition and Working Principle
Electric single seat regulating valve is a pressure balanced regulating valve composed of an electric actuator and a straight through single seat valve body. It drives the valve core to move by receiving 4-20mA or 0-10V DC signals, changing the flow area to accurately control parameters such as medium pressure and flow rate.
Its core features include:

Dual directional structure: good dynamic stability, low leakage (soft seal VI level ≤ 0.01% valve capacity).

The KHLS electric single seat regulating valve has a compact structure with an S-shaped channel, which reduces pressure drop loss, increases flow rate, has a wide adjustable range, and high flow characteristic accuracy, complying with the IEC534 standard. The leakage rate of the regulating valve complies with ANSI B16.104 standard. The regulating valve is equipped with a multi spring thin film actuator and electric actuators such as PSL, 361l, 3810, etc. Its structure is compact, the output force is large, and the product complies with GB/T4213-92.
