1、 Core Features
Hygiene standards
The valve body is made of 316/316L stainless steel, with a surface that has undergone 0.5 μ m electronic polishing and high-temperature sterilization treatment to ensure no dead corners, easy cleaning, and compliance with CIP/SIP online sterilization requirements.
The sealing material is mostly PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) or EPDM rubber, which is corrosion-resistant and non-toxic. It is suitable for temperatures ranging from -10 ℃ to 250 ℃ (depending on the sealing material).
Structural Design
Diversion/merging control: There are two types of structures: T-shaped (three channel interconnection) and L-shaped (flow direction switching), supporting medium diversion, merging, and flow direction switching.
Connection method: mainly quick release clamp type, easy to disassemble and maintain; There are also options such as flanges and threads.
Electric control
The actuator can be selected as switch type (two position control) or adjustable type (4-20mA signal positioning), with a protection level of IP65/IP67/IP68.
Supports AC220V/380V or DC24V power supply, with adjustable control accuracy ranging from 0.1% to 3.1%.
