1、 Product definition and model
The Z30 actuator belongs to a multi turn electric actuator, mainly used to drive valves such as gate valves, globe valves, diaphragm valves, etc., to achieve remote or automated control. Common models include:
Z30-18WZA: Output torque of 300N · m, compatible with pipe clamp valve DN200-16, supports 4-20mA signal control.
Z30-24W: Rated voltage 380V, output speed 24r/min, protection level IP65.
Z30-18W: Dustproof and rainproof design (IP55), expandable to IP67, supports manual/electric switching.

Control and Display
Non invasive debugging: Display the operating status through a 128 × 64 dot matrix LCD screen and support parameter configuration settings
.
Position detection: using a 12 bit single loop or 16 bit multi loop encoder, with no dead zone and high accuracy.
Electrical and Mechanical Performance
Power supply: three-phase 380V (± 10%), 50Hz, some models support single-phase 220V or 660V.
Protection level: IP55 (standard) to IP68 (special order), suitable for outdoor or underwater environments.
Work schedule: Short duration of 10 minutes (expandable to 30 minutes).
Protection mechanism
Over torque protection, travel limit, and motor overheating protection ensure the safety of valves and actuators.
