The flange butterfly valve has a simple structure and a small flow resistance coefficient. The traffic is trending towards a straight line and there will be no accumulation of debris. And it has the advantages of light weight, easy installation, and low driving torque. The midline soft sealed butterfly valve can be used for cutting off media and regulating the flow rate of media. The driving device can be manually, electrically, pneumatically, or hydraulically operated according to the user's requirements. By selecting parts made of different materials and using sealing rings made of different materials, it is possible to adapt to different media and working conditions, achieving better cost and performance results.
The flange butterfly valve adopts a midline structure, non eccentric design, and has significant low operating torque characteristics. The configuration of the actuator is economically significant. The rubber valve seat has good balance and support, effectively avoiding damage to the rubber caused by uneven force. When the valve is fully closed, the rubber is in a better compressed state to maintain zero leakage. The butterfly plate circular sealing surface is finely processed to achieve a high degree of smoothness, and the valve has a long service life due to the friction coefficient of the rubber valve seat. The rubber sealing surfaces of the two ports of the valve protrude from the flange surface, and no additional rubber sealing gaskets are required for valve installation in pipelines. The structure is simple, compact, lightweight, and easy to install and disassemble. Installed at any position, it can achieve bidirectional sealing.
