Groove check valve is a type of valve connected by clamps (grooves), mainly used in pipeline systems to prevent medium backflow. It is commonly used in fields such as fire protection, water supply and drainage, and industrial circulating water. Its core features are fast installation, low flow resistance, and anti backflow function. Some models integrate noise reduction or slow closing design to eliminate water hammer effect.
Main types and characteristics
Groove silencing check valve (H81X)
Structure: The valve disc is disc-shaped and rotates around the axis of rotation. The streamlined channel reduces flow resistance.
Function: The spring pre tension design enables the valve disc to quickly close, reducing water hammer and noise.
Applicable scenarios: Low noise environments such as fire pump outlets and air conditioning systems.
Groove slow closing silencing check valve (SJKI-16)
Technology: Combining slow opening, quick closing, and slow closing functions to eliminate water hammer in an integrated manner.
Advantages: Full channel streamlined design, low pressure loss, and support for automatic opening and closing.
Groove rubber flap check valve (H84X)
Sealing: Rubber flap sealing, suitable for media containing impurities such as sewage and firefighting.
Material: The valve body is mostly made of ductile iron or stainless steel, with strong corrosion resistance.
