Basic Structure
Composed of a fixed cone, a movable valve sleeve (outer or inner sleeve), and a driving device, the flow rate is controlled by changing the annular flow area through axial movement of the valve sleeve.
Outer sleeve type: The valve sleeve is externally mounted, easy to maintain, and suitable for high pressure differential scenarios (such as DN200-2200mm, PN0.6-4.0MPa).
Internal sleeve type: The valve core is built-in, with a compact structure but high maintenance costs.
Energy dissipation mechanism
When water diffuses through a conical structure, it consumes kinetic energy through turbulence, rolling, and aeration, with an energy dissipation rate of up to 70% -90%.
The curved conical valve integrates an arc-shaped flow channel, which forcibly turns the water flow for pre energy dissipation, significantly reducing downstream impact and vibration.

The valve core is made of high chromium alloy cast iron or stainless steel overlay (hardness ≥ HRC55), which is resistant to sand and water erosion and has a lifespan 3-5 times longer than carbon steel.

The flow rate is linearly related to the displacement of the valve core, and the electric drive accuracy reaches 0.1mm level with an error of<2%, supporting 0-100% stepless adjustment.
