2205 duplex stainless steel (UNS S32205/S31803) is composed of a dual phase structure of ferrite and austenite (≈ 50:50), containing 22% chromium, 5.3% nickel, 3.2% molybdenum, and 0.16% nitrogen12. Its core advantages include:


‌高強(qiáng)度耐蝕性‌：屈服強(qiáng)度≥450MPa（是304不銹鋼的2倍），抗氯離子腐蝕能力（Cl⁻≤10000ppm），適用于海水、含硫介質(zhì)等高腐蝕環(huán)境‌。High strength corrosion resistance: yield strength ≥ 450MPa (twice that of 304 stainless steel), resistance to chloride ion corrosion (Cl ⁻ ≤ 10000ppm), suitable for high corrosion environments such as seawater and sulfur-containing media.
Fatigue wear resistance: Hardness ≥ 290HB, excellent anti erosion wear performance, especially suitable for media containing particles (such as slurry, pulp).

Classification of gate structures
Bright stem gate valve: The valve stem is exposed, and the opening and closing status is intuitive, making it easy to lubricate and maintain. It is suitable for large-diameter pipelines (DN ≥ 100).
Hidden stem gate valve: The valve stem is built-in, with a constant height, saving installation space, and requires an opening indicator.
Elastic gate: with a slotted design in the middle, it can adaptively compensate for thermal deformation (deformation ≤ 0.1mm) to avoid jamming.
