1、 Structure and Working Principle
Core components
Using a knife shaped gate as the core, sealing is achieved by compressing the gate with external force. The movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the fluid direction and only supports fully open or fully closed operation.
Sealing design
Adopting a wedge-shaped rigid or elastic gate structure, the sealing surface material can be selected from hard alloy, tetrafluoroethylene or rubber, and some models support self sealing under medium pressure.

Shear function: The blade type gate can cut off impurities and particles in the medium to prevent blockage.
Corrosion resistance: Stainless steel materials (such as 304, 316) can resist corrosive media such as acid, alkali, salt water, etc.
High sealing performance: Bidirectional sealing design, low leakage (soft seal can achieve zero leakage).
High temperature resistance: applicable temperature range -38 ℃~+650 ℃, hard sealed models can reach up to 900 ℃.
