1. Definition and Structure
Basic composition: It consists of a valve body, valve disc, valve stem, and fluoroplastic lining layer. The valve body material is usually cast iron, carbon steel, or stainless steel, lined with fluoroplastics such as PTFE (F4).
Structural form:
Straight through type (J41F46): with high flow resistance, it is the most widely used;
DC type (J45F46): with minimal flow resistance, suitable for high flow rate media;
Angle type (J44F46): suitable for installation at pipe corners.
2. Technical parameters
Pressure and temperature: nominal pressure PN0.6-2.5MPa, applicable temperature -50 ℃~180 ℃ (PTFE lining).
Diameter range: DN15-DN300, some models can reach DN400.
Sealing standard: Complies with ANSI VI leakage standard, with an integrated design of valve disc and stem to prevent internal components from bursting out.
3. Performance characteristics
Corrosion resistance: It can withstand strong corrosive media such as 98% concentrated sulfuric acid, 37% hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, etc.

4. Application Fields

Caution: It is strictly prohibited to use it for flow regulation to avoid erosion of the sealing surface by high-speed media.
5. Selection and maintenance
Key selection points:
Select lining materials based on the characteristics of the medium (PTFE has excellent temperature resistance, FEP has stronger chemical resistance);
PFA lining (with a temperature resistance of up to 200 ℃) is required for high temperature conditions.
Installation requirements:
The flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the arrow on the valve body, and the valve stem should be installed vertically;
Models with bypass valves need to balance the pressure difference first.
Maintenance suggestion: Regularly check the lubrication of the valve stem to avoid damage to the lining layer by hard objects.
