Product Features
1. Bidirectional sealing, this gate is longer and extends from the bottom of the valve, and the valve body has two sealing packing devices.
2. The valve body is a two-stage structure. When there is material accumulated in the valve chamber, the lower half of the valve body can be disassembled for easy cleaning.
3. The gate has a hole shaped diameter, which is used to allow the medium to flow away completely without any retention when the gate is opened, and to completely seal when the gate is closed.
4. Under high medium concentration conditions, the valve seat seal can also be maintained, as there is no retention zone and no medium accumulation at the bottom of the gate.
5. The product is widely used as equipment in industries such as papermaking, chemical, and sugar manufacturing.
Sealing method: Soft seal (nitrile rubber/fluororubber) or hard seal (welded stainless steel/hard alloy), suitable for different medium requirements.
