1、 Core Structure and Principles
Automatic opening and closing mechanism
The valve disc is opened by unidirectional pressure of the fluid, and when flowing in reverse, it closes by relying on the pressure of the medium and its own weight, blocking the backflow of the medium.
Welding connection form
Socket welding (SW): suitable for DN10-50 small-diameter pipelines, with high sealing but difficult disassembly;
Butt welding (BW): used for DN15-2000mm pipelines, with high pressure resistance and strong fatigue resistance.
Main material
The valve body is made of forged steel (A105), stainless steel (SS304/316), chromium molybdenum steel (WC6/WC9), etc., and can withstand high temperatures ranging from -196 ℃ to 550 ℃ and high pressures of 32Mpa.

4、 Selection precautions
Disable scenario:
Containing solid particles or high viscosity media (causing valve disc blockage);
Negative pressure conditions in pipelines (which may damage the sealing structure).
Special needs response:
Chromium molybdenum vanadium steel (such as F91) is selected for high temperature environments (>400 ℃);
The corrosive medium uses Hastelloy (HC-276) valve disc.
