1、 Structure and Design Features
Knife shaped gate
The gate adopts a blade shaped design, which can cut off impurities such as fibers and particles, avoiding sealing failure caused by medium sedimentation.
For clamp type structures (such as Z73X model), a "U" - or "T" - shaped composite seal is used, and the overall structure is upgraded to an "O" - shaped seal ring to reduce the risk of leakage.
Material and sealing
The valve body material includes cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, and the sealing surface can be selected from rubber, tetrafluoroethylene, or hard alloy.
Some models (such as PZ73H-10C) use wear-resistant ceramic lining, suitable for high wear conditions.
2、 Technical parameters
Diameter range: DN50 to DN1200, supporting customization of larger diameters.
Pressure rating: PN0.6~PN1.6 (national standard), with some models reaching 10.0MPa.
Applicable temperature: -20 ℃~+120 ℃ (regular model), hard sealed type can reach up to 350 ℃.
