1、 Product Overview
Ceramic check valve (also known as ceramic one-way valve or check valve) automatically opens and closes the valve disc through medium flow to prevent medium backflow. Its core components are made of structural ceramic materials, which have the following advantages compared to ordinary metal check valves:
Corrosion resistance: With high chemical stability, it can withstand the corrosion of most acidic and alkaline media.
Wear resistance: The hardness is HRC90, and the wear resistance is more than 10 times that of ordinary metal valves.
Long lifespan: suitable for harsh working conditions such as ash and slurry, with a lifespan far exceeding that of metal valves.
2、 Structural classification
Ceramic check valves can be divided into three categories according to their structure:
Lift type: divided into vertical and straight through types, suitable for horizontal or vertical pipelines.
Swing type: including single petal, double petal, and multi petal types, suitable for high flow scenarios, and can be designed with buffering devices to prevent water hammer.
Butterfly style: Clamp on connection, compact structure, suitable for pipelines with limited space.

Nominal pressure: PN1.0~PN16.0MPa (some models reach PN64).
Applicable temperature: -20 ℃~650 ℃ (special design can reach higher temperatures).
