1、 Equipment Overview
Cyclone cleaner is a water treatment equipment based on the principle of centrifugal separation. It achieves solid-liquid separation through the centrifugal force generated by fluid rotation, and can effectively remove impurities such as sediment and rust in water (with a separation particle size of ≥ 0.07mm and a removal efficiency of 97% for 0.3mm particles). Its core advantage lies in its filter free design, which avoids the clogging problem of traditional filters and supports online cleaning.
2、 Working principle
Fluid dynamic separation:
After entering the equipment from the tangential inlet, the water flow forms a spiral downward flow, and impurities settle along the wall to the bottom slag hopper under the action of centrifugal force.
Clean water is discharged from the top along the central axis, and the bottom drain valve is periodically opened to discharge sediment.
